Early Intervention services are available at no cost to families for children who qualify for Alberta Education grants. Families are responsible for the registration and monthly program fees.

PUF grants are available for children between 2.8 years and less than 6 years old as of September 1st.

Mild/Moderate grants are available for children 3.8 years and less than 6 years old as of September 1st.

All programs provided by FCB and those with whom we partner are inclusive classrooms welcoming all children. Occasionally a child requiring early intervention may work outside of the classroom for a short period of time in a day individually or in a small group to learn and practice a skill.

We do not provide transportation for children. Children who qualify for PUF/MM grants and live more than 1 kilometre from their early childhood program are eligible for a transportation grant.

Childcare registration is ongoing with a waiting list when spaces are full. Programing opening fall 2024.

Preschool opens in February for the upcoming school year and remains ongoing with a waitlist when spaces are full.

Kindergarten opens in February for the upcoming school year and remains open until September 29, of the school year.

Early intervention registration opens in February for the upcoming school year and remains open until September 25th for M/M grants and November 25 for PUF grants.
